Larry Gaynor, a Michigan-based entrepreneur, serves as the president and CEO of TNG Worldwide, a beauty products company he founded more than 30 years ago. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in business from Michigan State University (MSU), he is the author of one of the most popular CEO blogs, larrygaynor.com. Larry Gaynor has maintained this blog for several years, helping companies with issues such as finding customers and opening up in the post-COVID-19-pandemic economy.

At his alma mater, Mr. Gaynor is actively involved with entrepreneurial activities. He donated $3 million to the institution for the construction of the Gaynor Entrepreneurship Center. Located in MSU’s Pavilion, the center opened in September 2019 and is one of the school’s newest buildings.

At TNG, Larry Gaynor oversees the manufacture of over 2,000 beauty products. Some of the company’s signature brands include Ginger Lily Farms, the ForPro Professional Collection, and Emma Beauty. Committed to fulfilling customer needs, Mr. Gaynor runs the business according to its mission of 100 percent customer success. Initially, he founded TNG as a distributor of beauty products and began working toward the goal of manufacturing and selling his own branded products over 20 years ago.
